Summary of hellblade
Staff and students at Recovery College East @CPFT_NHS helped to develop this groundbreaking game with insights from lived experience. Amazing to see the impact #Hellblade has had on people's lives, talking to friends and family and fighting #mentalhealth stigma. @sharongilfoyle1 twitter.com/psychiatry_uca…
Video game Hellblade won plaudits for its realistic portrayal of psychosis, thanks to expert advice from psychiatrist @PaulPcf22. It's now helping people understand what it's like to experience symptoms of severe mental illness https://t.co/bn1i5oNhDI#WorldMentalHealthDay pic.twitter.com/UiPAHBx4oF— Cambridge Psychiatry (@psychiatry_ucam) October 10, 2019
@industrialcrab Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice. It's a psychological horror/adventure where you play as a woman from Norse/Celtic culture with psychosis. It's a really beautifully crafted game, the developers really paid lots of care into portrating a character with a mental illness.
@farrelltheferal I'm hoping to find time to play Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice. Darksiders II is great (but not at all scary!), Blair Witch has some gameplay issues but does a great job of creating an unnerving atmosphere. Oxenfree is a neat little 3-4 hour narrative mystery with a creepy core🎃🚢
